to see a situation from a customer's point of view and effectively communicate their needs. We’re also looking for team players.  The ability to operate heavy equipment or maintain an accounting ledger are important, but it’s just as important to be flexible and work with others inside and outside the company to solve problems and find better ways to get things done.
